This is so pretty! It makes me wish my girls were still that small to wear something like this!
Your blog and photos are absolutely gorgeous too!
Bisous,
Maria

Thank you for your lovely comment Maria! I'm working on larger sizes for this pattern so who knows, your girls might get to wear it after all ;-)

I love this pattern and can't wait for you to develop it in larger sizes so I can make it for my 4 and 7 year old granddaughters. You have a great eye and I enjoy your blog and ability to create colorfully.

I'll be making this for my granddaughter! Such a pretty little dress that can grow with her into a tunic and then a top. Love it!
Hope you design more like this. I look forward to seeing your next design.

Thank you so much MarieAnge. I hope your little granddaughter likes the dress if you make it for her - let me know how it turns out!

This is so pretty. Do you perhaps have this in a knitting pattern as I am not very good in crocheting with wool. I am going to give this a try, but prefer knitting. Thanks Anse

Hi Anse, I'm afraid not - I can't knit! Let me know how you get on with it if you decide to give it a go.

This is stunning! What a great job Eline! I would so make one in adult size for myself... :)

Haha, thank you! Well, a complete range of sizes (0 to adult) should be available as a paid pattern later this year, so you might well be able to make it in your size eventually :-)

Hi, for the back panel row 59 it says repeat row 5(34 stitches), should that say 16 stitches as row 58 only has 18? Or have I messed up completely?!

You're absolutely right Jessica, thank you for pointing that out. I've corrected it now.

This is a beautiful dress. I would like to adapt this to my size. Any chance of a adult size? Could work as a dress or a top over leggings or skinny jeans or in my case ciggarette trousers.

Hi Vanessa, I'm glad you like the dress! I think it would work very well over jeans or trousers too, and as such I do hope to publish it in a range of sizes later this year. It'll be available as a paid pattern, so please bear with me and stay tuned!

Have just finished the back panel. Think mine is a bit smaller - but I am a newbie to crochet! Am keeping going 😊

We all have different tension so it's possible your stitches are a bit tighter than mine. Blocking will open them up though, so it might not matter in the end. Let me know how you get on!

I love this dress I saw in the comments where eventually u were going to work on different sizes. Was just curios if you had any smaller sizes yet I would love to make one for my niece for christmas.

I'm so sorry, but due to personal circumstances (i.e. there never being enough hours in the day!) I won't be able to get the additional sizes out until next year. Thanks for stopping by though.

Hi, love the dress! Somehow it doens't look crochet-like at all.
I'm a little stuck however, at r17 of the right sleeve (sl.st. 5 into the back loops of ROW 15. Then go up to row 16: sl.st. 1 into the front loop of the next st, sl.st. 1 into the back loop of the next st, sl.st. 1 into the front loop of the next st.)
I think I know how to do the sl st into row 15, but am not sure how to do the front and back loops into row 16.

I'm also a bit nervous about the fact that the front and the back are not a 'mirror' of each other, neither are the sleeves, but I trust your pattern ;). Bit of a novice in crochet, but getting there. Just need a little help with r17 of the right sleeve, got any advice?

Hi Liedewij, I'm so glad that you like the dress! I'll do my best to help you: after you have done the 5 sl st in to row 15, can you see where the remaining stitches need to be done in row 16? It should just look like a normal row from that point, and you alternate sl st into the front and back loops as opposed to DC. If it's easier for you not to worry about the front and back loops but rather to st st as normal, that's okay too. Let me know if you're still stuck!
